About Us

E. David Blum is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Signature Development Partners, LLC. In his role David is responsible for the identification and analysis of potential real estate development opportunities including properties owned by others and sites to be acquired by the company. David has participated in the completion of many real estate development projects in the residential, mixed use, commercial, retail and marina sectors across the country. Total put in place value of these projects is in excess of $400 million. David is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and the Washington Chapter of the American Planning Association.

Caitlin Clarke is a cofounder and Chief Financial Officer of Signature Development Partners, LLC. In her role, Caitlin is responsible for all aspects of the development process for residential and mixed use projects, including site planning, market and feasibility analysis, financial modeling and underwriting, due diligence, design and value engineering, and leasing and disposition. Prior to joining SDP, Caitlin worked for Expedia Group in its Conversation Platform and Customer Enablement Product & Technology group, where she helped define the platform requirements and roadmap for partners to onboard and adopt Expedia's customer service platform.

Eva de la Peña is a Development Associate at Signature Development Partners, LLC. In this role, Eva supports real estate development projects by providing comprehensive administrative support. Additionally, Eva collaborates across teams to conduct research and analysis related to zoning and permitting, architectural design, engineering, finance, and construction as needed. Prior to her role at SDP Eva has held various administrative support positions at the University of Washington, and has worked in both city and regional governmental organizations across Washington state.
